Thanks for sharing this. I am curious to learn a bit more about what did not work for you with the AI Receptionist. Was it the type of response it was sending, the timing, or how customers were interacting with it?

Hi there! We have the AI receptionist through jobber but some clients are angry that we are using AI lol. If you have an iPhone, we’ve created focus modes on our phones where we simply do not receive work-related communication after certain hours. I will admit it takes some discipline and “unlearning”, but every member of our leadership has all done it at this point (mostly to save our sanity). I even went as far as deleting the work email from my phone! I hope this helps!
