Client Reminders

Is there a way to change the reminders to show only the arrival times instead of the start time?  We book on arrival times but jobber reminders sends the start time with the arrival time lower in the message.  Is there a way to remove it showing the start time and just show the arrival times? Many customers don't seem to see/remember the arrival time down lower in the message.  We've had customers set for a 9-12 arrival times call in or complain to the tech that they were supposed to be there at 9am.

The same thing goes for assessments.  We book a lot of assessments with arrival windows but the reminders that jobber sends only shows the start time.

I went into settings but don't see how to customize.  Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks

Ernie

Hi Ernie, thanks for explaining the situation so clearly.

For visit reminders, you can remove the start time from the message. This does mean that all visit date and time details would be removed from the reminder, so it’s a bit of a tradeoff, but it can help avoid customers focusing on the start time.

To try this out, head to Settings > Emails and Text Messages, then edit your Visit Reminders and remove the {{VISIT_DATE_AND_TIME}} placeholder from the message.

At this time, this option isn’t available for requests or assessments, and those reminders will continue to show the start time. Your use case for arrival windows in assessments is still really valuable, and we’re happy to pass that feedback along to the team.

Hope this helps, and let us know if you have any questions while testing it out.
