How are you guys even using time in Jobber? There’s no duration, no estimated time for the job.. scheduling a new job somehow requires you to have memorized your calendar availability because it asks you when and what time would you like the job to occur.. but there’s no calendar on the page.. so you are just suppose to know i guess. And if you say, I don’t know yet.. and make it an unscheduled job.. then Jobber says.. oh.. well 100% of all jobs in the world are 1 hour.. so we’ll just keep your unscheduled jobs as a one hour job. Why don’t they simply have a duration field or an estimated time field. Then we would go to create job.. enter how long it will take and then jobber could pop up with.. here are some times that you have open for a job that long. Or you could mark it unscheduled but at least Jobber would know how long the job is going to take when you finally do go schedule it. Jobber even has that useless FIND A TIME tool for unscheduled jobs.. which would be great… if they actually knew how long any job was going to take but they don’t….. because they never ask. All jobs everywhere.. are 1 hour in length, according to Jobber’s logic.
