Hi Phil! Quick question: I own a locksmith business and work with a number of property managers/realtors, as well as property management groups. Could this strategy work with existing clients (as the community tends to be pretty close-knit), or is it preferable to go for new partnerships exclusively?

I would add your existing people to a monthly/quarterly newsletter, educating them and staying top of mind with recent projects and making it simple for them to submit leads or referrals. AND get new partners. I would imagine apartment turnover companies would be good for switching locks, and also carpet cleaning companies or any other people that touch renters.
