Hi Phil, I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge and expertise with us in the webinar and on this forum! I received ton of value and am excited to implement a B2B referral program for my window cleaning business.
I’m barely past a year into my business journey so I’m still a single owner/operator at the moment and basically learning as I go. I am thinking some complementary trades for window cleaning works be: lawn care, pressure washing (if they don’t do windows), window/door/siding contractors, and maybe even my local glass companies?
What about other window cleaners? Is there a way for me to reach out and build a relationship with them that you suggest? Not necessarily just for referrals.

Yeah and gutter cleaning companies too because they are close to windows but usually dont do it. As for building relationships with other window cleaners, it cant hurt to be an overflow option for them and vise versa.
