Hello! I just looked over your profile. The primary category looks good. You can always expand on the secondary categories if they fit too. Filling out the products and services sections are also a great way to expand your profile. Definitely make sure you start replying to all of your reviews. This makes a world of difference. Don't forget to keep up with uploading recent photos since customers love to see what you do. 1-2 photos per week if you can. And for posts, we recommend 1-2 posts per week. This can include photos, videos, promotions, events, or anything else you'd like to share.
I just looked at your website. We recommend that the H1 include what a company does and the area they offer it. This helps associate you with that service but also that primary location. You seem to be missing SEO which is hurting your website. Consider refreshing your site and adding more pages. We like separate pages for services and separate for the service areas. When we think of services and service areas, we like to build a page for each of them. This tells Google what you we do but also tells them the areas we do it in.
