At least 1-2 photos per week if you can. And for posts, we recommend 1-2 posts per week. This can include photos, videos, promotions, events, or anything else you'd like to share. Don't forget to add service areas so people know the areas you work in. It helps you rank better too.
I just looked at your website. You might want to consider adding a clickable phone number at the very top of the website to increase calls. I would consider adding service area pages as a good next move. This tells Google the areas associated with the business.
