Hey thanks for reaching out! The primary category looks good. I would focus on adding secondary categories if they fit. The more the merrier! Don't forget, you can add services in the Edit Services section. They give you options to choose from and you can also pick your own custom ones. Definitely make sure you start replying to all of your reviews. This makes a world of difference. I would reach out to customers you have had and ask for the review. Every review helps! Don't forget to keep up with posting photos since customers love to see what you do. 1-2 per week if you can.
I just looked at your website. You might want to think about adding a clickable phone number on the website to increase calls. You seem to be missing SEO which is hurting your website. Consider refreshing your site and adding more pages. We like separate pages for services and separate for the service areas.
