Hey thanks for posting! The primary and secondary categories are great! Filling out the products and services sections are also a great way to expand your profile. You're replying to reviews which is great. I see you missed a few. I would make sure you go back and reply to all of them. Don't forget to try uploading 1-2 photos per week. And for posts, we recommend 1-2 posts per week. This can include photos, videos, promotions, events, or anything else you'd like to share. Don't forget to add service areas so people know the areas you work in. It helps you rank better too
I just looked at your website. We recommend that the H1 includes what a company does and the area they offer it. This helps associate you with that service but also that primary location. You seem to be missing SEO which is hurting your website. Consider refreshing your site and focusing on SEO. Adding service area pages would also be a good move. This tells Google the areas associated with the business.
