Hello! I just looked over your profile. The primary category looks good. You can always expand on the secondary categories if they fit too. Filling out the products and services sections are also a great way to expand your profile. Definitely make sure you start replying to all of your reviews. This makes a world of difference. I would work on getting more reviews. Reach out to past customers if you have them and ask them to leave a detailed review. This helps keywords too. Your photos look great. Keep it up! At least 1-2 photos per week if you can. Don't forget to add service areas so people know the areas you work in. It helps you rank better too.
I just looked at your website. You might want to consider adding a clickable phone number at the very top of the website to increase calls. We recommend that the H1 includes what a company does and the area they offer it. This helps associate you with that service but also that primary location. You seem to be missing SEO which is hurting your website. Consider refreshing your site and focusing on SEO. I would consider adding service area pages would also be a good move. This tells Google the areas associated with the business.
