Hey thanks for posting! You can always expand on the secondary categories if they fit too. Filling out the products and services sections are also a great way to expand your profile. Great job on the reviews and I'm glad to see you're responding to them. This is what we like to see. Don't forget to try uploading 1-2 photos per week. And for posts, we recommend 1-2 posts per week. This can include photos, videos, promotions, events, or anything else you'd like to share.
I just looked at your website. You might want to consider adding a clickable phone number at the very top of the website to increase calls. We recommend that the H1 includes what a company does and the area they offer it. This helps associate you with that service but also that primary location. You seem to be missing SEO which is hurting your website. Consider refreshing your site by focusing a bit on SEO. I would consider adding service area pages as a good next move. This tells Google the areas associated with the business.
