Hey thanks for reaching out! You have a primary keyword and secondary keywords that are fitting. I love that you keep up with commenting on reviews. Have you thought about posting more? I would take advantage of that feature there. You can post jobs, before/after, you can post deals, and I would consider  regularly posting on there. Also fill out the services offered section too. It doesn’t look like you have those filled out.

Overall β€” just a few tweaks could really enhance the user experience and drive more leads. Let me know if you need any help from Contractor Rhino! Keep up the great work!

      Thanks, David!

Hey thanks for reaching out. I would first recommend adding more Google profile categories. You have the main one as an HVAC contractor but there are more secondary categories to choose from. I’d recommend filling them up. Great job on the 5.0, that’s what we like to see. Honestly I think you’re good with the Google Profile overall. Just keep adding them photos especially during the jobs. People like seeing other people. It builds trust.

I also took a quick look at your website. The website overall looks great. That said, there are a few areas where I think you could make some small but impactful improvements to really take things to the next level. For starters, speeding up the site a bit β€” especially on mobile β€” I see the performance is better on the desktop than mobile. One thing that could help is making sure images are less than 100kb in file sizes. You want them to be small in size but not pixelated. You gotta find that fine line. That will increase page speed.

I’d also recommend going more detailed on service area pages. I didn’t see any listed on the website. Also include the main area you service in the H1 of the home page. But great job! If you need any help, feel free to reach out!

      Thank you, David!

Based on available information, here are several ways to enhance The GO Company's Google Business Profile (GBP) to improve visibility, attract more customers, and strengthen your local SEO presence. Consider legally changing your business name to be more descriptive to help with your online presence. Google does look at the name of your business, but right now, the GO Company is not a descriptive representation of your business. I noticed on the website you mentioned serving the Midland, TX area. However Google is picking up that the profile is listed in Crane, TX. You have one other competitor Bradley Plumbing that has 2 reviews and 5.0 star rating in that area who has a physical address showing and they are ranking ahead of you. See my screenshot.

You might want to consider getting a small business location to increase your visibility in Google Maps. You also want the main heading H1 tag on your website to match your location. Example: Plumbing Contractor Midland, TX or Plumbing Contractor Crane, TX. You also want to match that in the meta description as well example: The GO Company is a trusted plumbing service provider in Midland, TX, offering expert solutions for residential and commercial clients.

Your GBP Categories look good, post consistently on GBP and add at least 1 image per week. To match up with your profile consider looking into the following things on your website.

The information listed on the website is good. I don't understand the process. If the process is having people call you - Add a call button in the header of the website. If the goal is to get appointments that lead to a 1 on 1 consultation with the customer - create a calendar link for them.

Fill out the Missing title tags and meta descriptions. Add a phone number that's seen right away. Add a calendar button for them to book an appointment if they need to.
