Thanks again for sharing this exercise. I don't think I would have looked at my reviews this way otherwise, and I've already started applying what I learned to my brand, marketing, and even how I talk with potential clients.
Instead of focusing primarily on what I offer, I've found myself spending more time helping people feel confident in the process and understand what to look for as they evaluate their options. It has shifted my mindset toward putting the serving back into the service business.
I appreciate you sharing this. It has been one of the most valuable marketing exercises I've done.
