Hi Phil, really appreciate you offering this, I could use your expertise on something a bit more urgent than optimization. Our Google Business Profile is currently locked/suspended, and it’s directly impacting our ability to generate leads.
Here’s what we’ve already done:
Submitted a reinstatement request multiple times
Provided all requested legal documentation (LLC docs, insurance, etc.)
Went through Google’s AI review process, still denied with no clear explanation
Hired an Upwork expert who escalated via the Google Business Community — no resolution
At this point, we’re stuck in a loop with no visibility into why we’re being denied or what specifically needs to be corrected. We’re a legitimate, locally owned residential & commercial cleaning company operating in Florida, and we can't collect reviews or advertise because of this issue.
My ask:
Have you seen this situation before where everything is submitted correctly but still denied?
Is there a way to escalate beyond the standard reinstatement process or trigger a manual review?
Are there specific red flags (address, service area setup, categories, etc.) that commonly cause this that we should revisit?
