Contract - Elite Gym/Fitness Center Cleaning
Hey everyone!
I currently own a Residential Cleaning business and I'm trying to move into Commercial. One of my current clients are opening an Elite Fitness Center. They are working on construction/renovations now. What type of equipment, products and is there a checklist - would you recommend for cleaning a fitness center, how should I price and what type of things should be in the service agreement. Should I ask them to do the Post Construction Cleaning? What tools would I need? I'm so excited I've been giving this opportunity and I don't want to mess it up! I'm working on hiring but no one wants to work! Thanks for any advise! Your DUSS Bunnie!😁

Hi dussbunnies! I love the name 🐇💨
I have a few Jobber Blueprint articles that might be helpful:
- How to Price Commercial Cleaning Jobs [+ Price Chart]
- How to Create a Commercial Cleaning Business Plan [Free Template]
I also found this Gym Cleaning Checklist.
I just finished reading this article about what post-construction cleaning entails, and it seems a lot more intense than residential/commercial. I see a potentialllll opportunity here if you also want some of that experience under your belt in case you might want to offer this service in the future. But if not, maybe passing that cleaning to a different company will allow you to focus on what's to come (the commercial job).

Hey Dussbunnies,
Congratulations on the opportunity.
My top five must have products would be:
1.) Pro Team Back Vacuum with both the hard & brush attachments
2.) Compact auto scrubber (Tennant, Nilfisk, Clarke or rent from HD)
3.) Tons of micro fiber clothes!
4.) Distilled white vinegar (Add essential oils for smell)
5.) Window washing equipment
Bonus * Carpet cleaner & oxi solutions if they have carpets!
All the best, -Garrett
