How are you building your local contractor lists?

I've had much more success going to my local chamber of commerce and other networking meetings, building relationships with contractors/businesses that my ideal customer would also use and offer them a referral partnership, access to my customer list, my newsletter, anything and everything I can to serve THEM before asking if they can help me. The more you give, the more you get.
