Is Angi Worth It For Home Service Business Owners?

I have not used Angi. I really don't like putting other businesses down. However when someone steals from you the gloves come off.  DO NOT USE THUMBTACK! 
I wasn't happy with how things went after one job, so I cancelled my account. So I thought! 6 months later I had $91 taken out of my account for leads I didn't receive and didn't want to receive. Still waiting on a response. That was July 3rd.  Even if it was a mistake they sure aren't worried about making it right!
