Is your follow-up helping you close, or annoying your leads?

We follow up 5 times.  So many leads go cold.  Some are good to keep going.  I never look at it as annoying my leads.  At some point they have reached out to us for service and all we want is a yes or no.  I have staff that wants hours, my job is to create this.  My team puts the food on the table because we generate leads and folllow up on it.  :)
