Online Booking with Jobber

We are working on redesigning our website and would love to see how some of you have included jobber in your website, i.e online booking or client hub access page, etc. Share your website address for us to check out and get inspired!

I have the online booking front and centre and I've added a few services for people to book. I put the request form in the contact area of the website since I would rather people call or book online. I am wishing Jobber would expand the online booking with additional features though. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Are they able to โ€˜check outโ€™ or you need to send them an invoice?

We send an invoice after the work is completed. Jobber hasn't added the function for the client to pay a deposit yet which would be the obvious feature to add here. What we do is if I see someone book a larger service I just send them a deposit invoice to see how serious they are. Usually there hasn't been an issue with that.

OOo I love this question! I'm excited to see some websites.

I remember Conrad having a Jobber booking request form on his website ๐Ÿ‘€

We have a similar "Book Now" on our landing page, so it's the easy to see and book. I do wish the booking page had more customizable options to tie in our brand and color theme other than just logo and name on top left page. I think customers would feel more comfortable with that consistency.

Agreed, I would much appreciate additional customization on both request forms and online booking.

Specifically folders, more branding, material option add-ons to an appointment like if you online book a TV mount service it should be possible to A) buy this fancy mount B) buy this less fancy mount C) provide your own - and see the pricing adjust automatically from there.

  • We get a lot of online requests and I am so thrilled to have the Jobber link on our website.  It makes it super easy for them.   https://wausharahomerepair.com/

Newbie here! I haven't connected ours to our site yet. Curious to know how yours is set up to ask for the zip code first to see if they are in the service area or not before they can submit.

Aiden,  Your site looks great!  If you have the opportunity, try to put a call to action.  (10% off next billing for referral that leads to customer)  Just a suggestion to drive more traffic to your site.

  • Hereโ€™s how we set it up - basically as minimal as possible and built into the home page - https://grizzlybrothersgutters.com/
