I personally think you have to do both text and email, each client is different and has a preferred method, the older crowd also appreciates a phone call. When we send a quote we see that within the first week is crucial. We come in with an email and text of the quote right away, phone call the day after and then another text on day 3 and email on day 5. I don't think its pushy right away, we then spread out the communication in hopes of still landing but those first 5-7 days are where its at for us.
