I’d treat sponsorships and commercial detailing as two separate offers.
Sponsors are buying audience access, brand alignment, and measurable exposure. Be specific about what they receive, such as placement on the car, social content, event appearances, hospitality, content usage rights, and tracked website traffic or leads.
Fleet operators and dealership groups are buying reliability. I’d create a dedicated commercial services page and proposal showing your service area, capacity, turnaround times, scheduling process, insurance, relevant work, and how you maintain consistent quality across multiple vehicles.
The racing division can help open the conversation and make the company memorable, but the commercial pitch should focus on reducing operational headaches. A small paid pilot with a few vehicles can lower the risk for a new fleet or dealership partner and give you proof to use in future proposals.
