What do you use as a CRM

Jobber isn't a great CRM, it can somewhat handle the customer relationship but it is lacking stages for a sales cycle, a pipeline, salesperson metrics, drip campaigns and so forth.

Have you found a CRM that integrates into jobber that offers a pipeline?

Anything you use that doesn't feel like you are double paying for some of the same stuff?

  • I guess it depends on what you are wanting, and your companies needs. Jobber has been an amazing CRM for us. We have been using it for a few years now and the updates have just continued to make it better. I also make sure to go through all of the settings and make sure that we have everything customized the way we like it as well as making sure we are utilizing all the abilities that it has.

But again, depending on your company- you may (likely) have different needs than us.

  • I agree however, for a service based business at least I felt that using a more powerful CRM like HubSpot was adding more steps than needed.

I’m planning on canceling my HubSpot subscription and just sticking to Jobber.

  • A lot of people use GoHighLevel for lead management with Jobber. My friend does this for their cleaning company and created a template for others - https://www.cleaningleadmachine.com

  • I am currently using Keap for recurring holiday emails. Additionally, I utilize RE2, also known as Resquared, which is a commercial company finder designed for commercial clients. It automates marketing quite effectively; however, I have to use Keap as the primary platform and import my Jobber contacts into it.

Keap offers several advantages for my email marketing needs:

    1. **Drag-and-Drop Automation**: The platform provides an intuitive drag-and-drop interface for creating automated workflows.

    2. **Email Composition**: It allows for easy composition of emails.

    3. **Email Syndication**: I can easily syndicate emails to my clients.

    4. **Client Sorting**: I can sort clients by tags, such as commercial, recurring, real estate, Airbnb, etc.

Overall, Keap enhances my marketing efforts by streamlining processes and improving organization.

I was just on their web page and did not find Jobber in their list of integrations, do you use another service like Zapier to integrate the two?

I'd recommend diving into the reports Jobber offers in the "reports" tab. While there is certainly room for improvement by Jobber they have come a long way and remember the data shown in reports is only as good as the entries it's sourced from.
