Hi BlueSkies,
This is a really smart way to think about campaigns, especially when you are running multiple pushes with different goals and messaging.
Right now in Jobber, each campaign is its own individual email, either sent one-off or triggered automatically. There is not currently a built-in way to create a multi-week “drip sequence” that lives under one parent campaign.
That said, you can:
- Schedule each email in advance so they go out on different dates
• Give each campaign an internal Campaign Name (for example: Return Customers – Email 1, Return Customers – Email 2, etc.)
• Use the Status and Last Updated columns in the Campaigns list to help track what is scheduled versus sent
If you are not seeing the scheduled date clearly in the list view, you can hover over the “Scheduled” label to see the exact send date and time.
I completely understand the desire for a clearer column showing the scheduled send date and a more structured way to group related emails under one campaign theme. That organizational layer would definitely make multi-touch sequences easier to manage.
I would be happy to pass this feedback along to our Product team, especially around:
• Multi-email campaign grouping
• A dedicated scheduled send date column
• Clearer naming and organization for segmented campaign strategies
Your use case with return customers versus cross-selling Christmas light clients into mowing is exactly the kind of real-world example that helps shape improvements.
