At this time, the Google reviews section in Jobber Website Builder is static; it does not automatically refresh as new reviews come in. There is not currently a manual refresh button either.
We would be happy to share your feedback that it would be better if this auto refreshed, because staying up to date without extra steps, I can see how that would definitely be ideal.
For a workaround, you can refresh the content shown by editing your website, removing the Google Business reviews element, then adding it back and reconnecting it. That will pull in a fresh set of reviews from your Google profile.
krista I do not find that work around to be true. I have taken off my google profile several times, refreshed, added it back... done all the things and it still show the same 3 reviews. It also does not show the right amount of reviews our business has. Do you know when this feature will be fixed? In the industries that benefit from Jobber- these features are very important for our customers.
