Google Reviews Not Syncing to Website
Hi. I've set up my website using Jobber's website builder and connected it to my Google Business Profile to display customer reviews as testimonials. The issue: When I first published the site, it pulled in my Google reviews perfectly. However, as new reviews come in on my Google profile, they're not syncing to the website - it's still showing the same number of reviews from when I initially connected it. My questions: Is this a known limitation, or should the reviews sync automatically? If they don't auto-sync, is there a manual refresh button or process I'm missing?
