Hi Newbee thanks for the question. I think the best way to stay on top of new requests coming in would be from the request page itself, instead of the client page. Could you share a little more about your workflow and why working from the client page and last active data works better for you?

You can run a campaign in Jobber without affecting new clients using tags or filters. Tag new clients (e.g., “new-client”) and exclude them from your campaign using recipient filters. You can filter by job history or completed jobs to target only returning or inactive clients. For automated campaigns, set rules like “no jobs in past X days” and exclude new-client tags. Always preview recipients to ensure correct targeting.
