Best thing I can suggest is check out which automations you can implement through their marketing suite. I have quote reminder emails that send out on days 2, 3, 5, 7 and 9 of a quote being sent and have generated a lot of sales from a sequence I created once. I also use tags heavily to segment my customer list so whenever I'm sending an offer or a newsletter blast, I'm sending 3 different emails out (current customers, past customers and leads).
