What is your favorite feature in Jobber? Why?

I'll go first. My favorite feature in Jobber is probably the new quote templates. This makes our selling process so much easier. It's also easier to train new sales people because we don't have to teach them how to write an entire quote. We can just teach them which template is best for the job, they are bidding.

My favorite part of Jobber right now is how the platform is evolving beyond just scheduling and invoicing into a true growth tool. The AI receptionist has been a big win for after-hours and overflow, making sure opportunities aren’t slipping through the cracks. I’m also really liking the direction of the new sales funnel as it continues to mature into something that actually supports how service businesses sell. On top of that, the built-in marketing tools for email, reviews, and referrals are becoming much more practical and usable, especially for staying in front of past customers. It’s been encouraging to see Jobber continue to invest in features that help operators grow, not just manage jobs.

  • I really like the Job Forms. It keeps me from forgetting to inspect a certain area, leave a specific notes, attach a photo, or record any pesticide usage. I make it so the questions are mandatory and all the information is stored. I also like that they aren't just internal, you can send them to the client when they are completed.

I have also started to explore the Insights and Reports section. There is a lot of information in there to look at the health of your business.
