Can I add Job Forms to an Assessment?

We have an internal first time site visit checklist (PDF Doc) that we want the guys to follow.  I see where I can make job forms on Jobber and then add them to jobs.  But in the workflow, the site visit form is different than the job form.  I can't seem to add job forms to assessments on the system.  Am I missing something?  If you cannot add job forms to an assessment, can I make a request to have that feature added?

    Hi gdy2000 and JHTS

Thank you for sharing this context; it is really helpful.

At this time, Job Forms can only be attached to jobs, not to assessments or requests, so you are not missing a setting in the workflow.

I really appreciate the detail around how you are using assessments and requests differently from jobs. Wanting structured checklists for first-time site visits, separating information the operatives need from what the office needs, capturing details like crew size, hours, or TPO information, and reducing copy and paste into notes are all strong use cases. I also hear the accessibility piece around making information easier to read for staff, which is important.

I would be happy to submit it as a feature request. Jobber is made by the voice of our customers, and features that get asked for a lot are the ones considered for future iterations. While I can't guarantee any feature requests or timelines, this feedback is super useful for our product team!

Thank you.  Put another way, a vast majority of contractors go to the site after a request, then quote the job. Jobber needs a better way to gather information at the "assessment" stage of Jobber's workflow, in order to systemize the quoting process.

I have been asking for this feature since job forms became a thing.  They are great for everyday stuff like risk assessments, wildlife assessments, incident & accident forms, which are attached to every job.  I would like to be able to attach them to requests too to capture details that the operatives dont need but the office does - ie how many men in team, hours takes, TPO details for application etc.  At the moment we copy and paste the questions into notes and the surveyor notes only go to quotes - but team notes go all the way.  Having this as forms would make the capture of info so much easier.  My alternative solution was to be able to change the colour of the writing to make seeing the notes easier.  Especially as we have some dyslexic staff.
