Schedulign jobber website requests
When I enter a request manually, I can put it on my schedule to go bid the job, but when I get requests through my jobbersites website and they come into my requests page, it doesn't look like there's a way to schedule that request.
Has anyone figured this out? None of the options allow it without converting it to a quote, which still doesn't let me schedule it.
Hi MFFL thanks for the question. For requests that come filled out by the client from the request link, you can add an assessment at the bottom of the request. The assessment comes before the quote and is what shows up on the schedule. We have a video for scheduling assessments here I hope that helps!
