I would check out Go High Level. There is a ton of functionality in that for client comms, and ways to drop people in to funnels. Only thing is to integrate with Jobber, you need a lot of zaps to make it happen. There's a go High Level mod called snipey lead that mostly built out but you need to spend time customizing or hire someone else to do it. Hit me up if you want those contacts.

The "digital brain" framing is actually pretty close to what works in practice. The way I've seen it hold up operationally is building a structured context file around how your business makes decisions, not just preferences, but the actual logic. What triggers a follow-up, how you handle exceptions, what a good job looks like vs a problem job. Then that file becomes the system prompt layer that runs across every AI touchpoint consistently.
The difference between AI that feels generic and AI that actually sounds like your business is usually whether that context layer exists or not
