Things have changed a little since I first did this post.
If you guys want to have some fun, check out something called Base44. It's a vibe coding platform, and recently I've been in there connecting it to the backend of Jobber's API.
You can do quite a bit more than a typical webhook or Zapier automation.....
Watch out though, it's a real addiction. Let me know if you guys have any questions.
The latest automation I made the other day was once a day. I have an agent scan my Jobber notes for new pictures, and it takes those pictures from the notes in Jobber and puts them in a Google Drive folder. I use Go High Level for posting to all my social media, and now my photos are right there, pre-loaded and ready to go. I don't have to go get them from Jobber whatsoever. I don't have to deal with zip files anymore; it's so nice.

If you jump on Base 44 and just start it will walk you through the process. Just takes a bit of back and forth explaining what you would like done.What level of subscription to base44 did you pick? I'm sure I can figure this out with a lot of back and forth, any insight into the prompt you initiated with it was?
