Best Jobber Automations
I just wanted to get a post going for these. They can be super powerful in your business and I feel like they don't get talked about enough sometimes. What are your best Jobber automations you have...

I have found Zapier to be really helpful as well. Here's a few examples that specifically involve Jobber and Zapier:
- Zap lead forms from Meta into Jobber as clients.
- Our Lead tech receives a text message prompt to fill out his post project google form once his job is completed. The text includes the pre-tax job total for his tracking purposes and a direct link to our form.

How easy is it to add forms to Company Cam. What are some of the plus to company cam over adding notes with pictures in Jobber

I haven't looked into the Job Forms yet. The main reason for using google forms so far is that the user answers are automatically added to a spreadsheet. I can interpret the data fairly easily and can run more specific reports with pivot tables.

One thing l was wondering is if there is a way to have the job form be delivered to the client?

Yes, there is a way to do this manually. When you fill out the form on your mobile device, tap on the three-dot menu located at the bottom right corner. From there, you'll see an option to "Save and Send." Select it, and then choose the email option at the bottom. This will open an email template with the form attached, ready to be sent to your client's email address.
Many gardeners use this feature to send proof, such as showing gates being locked when they leave, as well as for many other scenarios.
