It may have been a good idea to launch this community in Skool where there is some more infrastructure already built. But, Jobber does an amazing job of building and improving all of their tools. I'm sure we may get some more features like this.
That's cool to acknowledge those repeat clients. Do you happen to already have or plan to include some CTA to a referral in the messaging with that gift? Would that be too obnoxious?
I try to make all the asks for reviews, referrals, rebooking, upselling etc. but sometimes it feels like way too much. Is it too much or is that a young business/ sales person thought?
