First timer here!

Greetings community👋🏿 . I work professionally in IT infrastructure and engineering, mostly around identity and access management, endpoint, automation, and improving how different enterprise systems work together.

In my free time im usually building or researching something. I’m interested in Saas tools, ai automation, open data, business ops, and finding better ways for systems to talk. I like taking real-world problems, digging into how the existing workflows actually work, and experimenting with ideas or small projects to see if there’s a better approach.

I here in the Jobber Community because I’m interested in learning how real people use Jobber and other field services tooling.. what works well, where workflows bottleneck, and new builds/integrations.

Looking forward to learning from you all and contributing where I can!!

Welcome to the Jobber Community! It’s awesome to have someone with your IT background in the mix.

Your timing couldn't be better. The field service industry is in the middle of a massive tech shift—pros are constantly looking for ways to streamline their operations, automate repetitive admin tasks, and get their tech stack (Jobber, QuickBooks, CRM, inventory, marketing) talking seamlessly to each other.

A few areas where you'll find plenty of bottleneck discussions and integration talk around here:

    • Automating Customer Journeys: Setting up smooth workflows for quotes, follow-ups, and invoice reminders without losing the personal touch.
    • Job Costing & Data Syncing: Connecting Jobber data with accounting software to track real-time profitability instead of just top-line revenue.
    • Field Efficiency: Making mobile workflows as simple as possible so field techs can log labor, materials, and notes without administrative friction.

Jump right into the discussions! Whether you're breaking down workflow logic or asking questions about real-world service operations, your perspective on systems and automation is going to bring a lot of value to the community.

    Glad to have you here!!!
