For anyone doing it on the side

So I run my business on the side of my full time job, unfortunately I don't have enough work to go full time so I use it as a side hustle. My question is to anyone who runs the business on the side or has worked like this, how do you know when to quit your day job and go full time? Is it even possible to grow if I can run the admin side when I'm off work and just have a tech I can hire do the work?

  • Loaded question with a lot of possible good answers.

I am personally running my junk removal business on the side as I continue to grow. My personal goal is to leave my current full time when I began to close the gap of my current full-time.

Anything is possible! I have thought about this myself. However, I am not receiving that many leads to justify hiring a person at this moment. With the right person, you can grow, I'd offer them potential profit share or some way to incentivize them to want to grow with you.
