I am personally running my junk removal business on the side as I continue to grow. My personal goal is to leave my current full time when I began to close the gap of my current full-time.
Is it even possible to grow if I can run the admin side when I'm off work and just have a tech I can hire do the work?
Anything is possible! I have thought about this myself. However, I am not receiving that many leads to justify hiring a person at this moment. With the right person, you can grow, I'd offer them potential profit share or some way to incentivize them to want to grow with you.
