This is our Review board.  $25 per review paid out at the end of the quarter.  About $2500 by the end of quarter 3.  Quarter four we have this plus the “door hanger” contest.  Pass out the hangers to neighbors of jobs.  Write your name on it.  CSR will ask the caller whose name is on it.  $1000 to the winner at our quarter 4 mtg the week before Christmas.
For commission we give our sales guy a decent weekly salary plus 2% commission on all jobs.  He keeps track of the jobs completed and  turns it in each week and we just double check it.  We specialize in fence and decks so he earns an extra $100 for each of these sold.  Works well for us.  If a technician gets an upsell they also get 2%.
If anyone brings us a job that was not our original Lead such as a friend or family member etc.  we give them 25% of the profit for that job.

Hey Matthew!
That is a great way to generate more reviews. How many total employees do you have?I have a fence/ deck company as well, but It's only me and my crew at the moment, so sounds like I'm much smaller. Do you think hiring sales reps has been a good way to generate leads/ jobs?
Right now I am basically only doing google ads for marketing. And only with that, I don't think I am able to bring an employee to help me with operations.Any advice is greatly appreciated!

WOW, I love how you've layered different incentives throughout the year! It sounds like you've found a balance between keeping motivation high and making rewards feel meaningful for your team. Thanks so much for sharing, Matthew.
