I created a workflow in n8n to automatically add call transcripts to existing client notes. Previously, Quo was creating a new request for every client call, even when the customer was only calling for a job update. This resulted in unnecessary requests being added to Jobber, including those generated from telemarketer calls. With this new workflow, call notes are added directly to the existing client record instead of creating new requests, keeping Jobber organized and reducing clutter.
I'm not really a developer or coder, but I've been having a lot of fun building things that are actually useful.
I really like the dashboard you created. Could you point me in the right direction or share any resources so I can build something similar for my own use? Thanks!
