Does Jobber have anything in the works to show a KPI dashboard of short? Something that we can easily look at to see certain metrics important in our business. Some of these could include set goals such as booked jobs for the week, month. Some others could be close rates, total sales, etc. If not, what would be a good integration alternative?
We implemented this two years ago by exporting the quotes reports, one off and recurring jobs reports, and timesheet reports into an excel workbook that then created weekly charts I present to my team. Since then we have narrowed in on the KPI's that are relevant to our business and do all of this through Microsoft Power BI. It's my teams favorite agenda item during the sales meeting. The opportunities to track KPI's are endless.
