What program are you using Judith? Also, do you tell the customer that you will be recording or using AI during the conversation? I worry sometimes about the people who are concerned about their privacy.
PestFreeCanada - we use Ringcentral for our phones and it does say that the conversations are recorded. So our sales person gets a lot of nuggets. We use Fireflies and yes I ask the customer if I can use my notetaker.
Also, when we post we do not post private conversations. It is more like in a meeting with a client today she spoke about how nice it is to get the house cleaned all at once, when she does it she can only do it piece by piece.
