What are your favorite features?

Hello everyone 

 

"I use Jobber to manage my landscaping and snow removal business. Can anyone share their experiences with it? What do you like most about it and dislike? I'm interested in learning more about the benefits and any challenges you've encountered."

  • Jobber is great for landscaping! It is important to have your jobs set up and be diligent with scheduling.  Routing can be challenging depending on the amount of customers you have to service but there are ways to organize it.  I love using custom fields and reminders to store information and communicate with customers.  Jobber has put a lot of effort into making the field app as simple as possible for techs and most love using it.  I worked with Jobber in landscaping for years if you have any questions feel free to ask :) 

     

  • I don't think I have 1 specific favorite feature. Not to sound like a fan boy but pretty much all of what Jobber offers is why I bought into their product.

    For service based businesses, overall I feel it's stupid simple to set up and maintain. Thinking about it, as small as it is, I really love the automatic reminders and the automations. Saving me time with each client has a huge impact. 

     

  • The best part of jobber is that it acts as a home base for us. We utilize the notes on each work order, the calendar and everything to the max. So basically, our entire company runs on jobber.
