What's your method for flagging important client notes?

Hey power users:
I'm sharing our method and wondering if anyone has a better system for important client notes. We deal with hundreds of client accounts every day and the notes are not visible "above the fold." This leads to important notes being missed often. We started adding an emoji #️⃣ to the client name as a visual cue to the office that they should scroll down and read the notes on this account. It's clunky and the emoji gets dropped during QBO sync sometimes so we have to use both the # and #️⃣.  See screenshot below.

What do you do? Anything cleaner?

    Great topic! Here is what we currently do to communicate important notes on recurring jobs. 

    For Important Job Notes:

    • If it's a recurring visit, we edit job instructions to read "See notes 📝"
    • Attach the note to the client profile, while linking to job notes
    • Pin the note on the client's profile to the top so it stays on top for service teams

    Keeping the verbiage consistent in the job instructions builds a healthy habit for our teams always to check the notes. Adding the "See notes" in the job instructions allows for easy visibility of the list schedule view within the jobber mobile app.
