Declined Botton

Interested in seeing how others are archiving quotes after them being open for a while. We currently keep trying to reach out to the customer but after 3 times we stop. I really wish joober would introduce a decline button and then a following question as to why if they opted to share the reason. Currently our estimate page gets clogged up in the season change due to having to constantly follow up.

    We have submitted your feedback to the Product Development team, and we appreciate the feature request. 

    I recommend using the bulk actions on the Quote's page to bulk archive. Here is an article from our Help Center with more information on how to use the bulk actions. 

    If you wish to send an email to these clients, you can use the Quote Report to filter archived quotes. Then, using our Campaign Marketing Tool, you can use this data to send a Campaign

      We would also like our clients to have an option to decline a quote and offer them the opportunity to provide reason in wanted.  That at least gets us starting point for follow up if needed, and clears out our pending list.

      It's not just about archiving, it's also about tracking the reason for the work being declined.

      Was it a pricing issue, availability, didn't meet needs etc....
