We’ve been using the newer template feature and I’m curious how other companies are setting theirs up. Are you building one master template and adjusting from there, or creating separate templates for different service types? Also, how detailed are you getting with line items and optional add-ons?
We create a couple of templates depending on the service being provided. We also differentiate for repeat customers — showing them who we are to build confidence that we're their go-to company.
We attach our proof of insurance and license, and we include reviews. Depending on the service, we select relevant ones on our end — so if it's a removal template, it shows reviews specifically about removals.
We also have an intro letting them know who we are and what equipment we have to get the job done right.
