Curious how everyone is using AI in their business?

I've found AI has saved us hours every week by helping us create estimates, write customer emails, develop social media content, organize processes, and streamline our workflow.

    It definitely frees up a ton of time! I primarily use it as a silent "office assistant" behind the scenes.

    ​My biggest use cases are:

    • ​Cleaning up customer comms: Taking rough notes after a long day in the field and turning them into polished, professional emails or estimate descriptions.
    • ​Drafting SOPs: Getting processes out of my head and onto paper for safety protocols, equipment setup, and general workflow.
    • ​Troubleshooting on the fly: Summarizing technical manuals or specs quickly when I’m out on a job site.

    ​It's amazing for taking care of the tedious admin work so I can spend less time behind a screen and more time focused on the actual work.

    I've used Claude to scrape my reviews to find key phrases, pain points, triggers, reasons why people chose us for our services and used those findings to update the ad copy in my email/text automations and my website.

    Uploaded historical customer data into Claude to find the key milestones my customers need to reach to minimize their churn and maximize their LTV (for example someone who reaches month 6 are much more likely to reach 1 year+)

    Automated invoice reminder follow ups, updating quote templates within Jobber, created a workflow that normally took 2+ hours of compiling data together for a monthly KPI report and now Claude has that workflow processed within 15 minutes every month.
