Customer Q: Can you add a button to manually send clients a review link?

A:  At the moment, review requests are sent automatically after an invoice is paid. Very soon, you'll be able to choose between the following triggers for when your review request is automatically sent:

  • A specific visit is completed
  • Job is marked as complete
  • Invoice is paid

      walletfriendly​ the ability to manually send the review request is still not available. However, the ability to send the review request after a visit, a job, or an invoice is now available! 

      Here's a help center article on how you can customize that setting for the first message that get sent to your customers. Here's the section you'll want to look at:

      Choose when to first message your client to ask for a review

      From the settings sidebar, select First message to select when a clients will be asked to leave a review. This is based on a trigger, including:

      • When a job closes
      • When a visit is completed
      • When an invoice is paid
