How To Get Non-Admin Employees to Receive Job Notifications in Jobber?

I changed the settings and they can see the messages but not the notifications. They need see see these notifications: 

Again, I talked to support and they said the messages and notifications cannot be access unless you are an admin. Which is partially true. I changed some settings and they can see messages now but not the notifications above. Any ideas? 

That's interesting. Support is who told me it couldn't be done. Are these new options? Regardless I will give it a try. Thanks. 

Hey! Non-Admin team member can receive two-way text messages and notifications, but it depends on their permissions: 

Two-Way Text Messages
Non-admin team members can send and receive text messages only if their user permission for two-way text messaging is turned on. When enabled:

• Non-admin users see outbound messages only for features they have access to.
• Messages for features they can't access will not appear for them.
• Admins can see all messages.

Notifications
Push/app notifications also follow permissions. Non-admin users without the two-way text messaging permission won't receive message-related notifications. Those with the permission enabled will receive relevant notifications (e.g., new items, message activity).
