Client hub options
Is there a way to for my customers to pull up job forums that have been completed in client hub ? I’m a weekly pool service contractor. We send out pictures and complete job forms to our customers each visit. I know they have the emails, but is there a way to file these so they could see these on client hub ? Right now I’m messing around with saving the job forms email it sends to the customer and filing it away in a google document that’s shareable . Then I’m creating a specific QR code for that file labeled for the particular customer. I can then send that as an attachment on the monthly invoice, but I doubt they will open it. Thank you, Joel
Show more future Jobs in client portal
Hi. My clients who we have encouraged to use the client portal are messaging me saying they have more jobs booked in. Which they do. But the portal cuts off the listing of upcoming jobs part way through the day, 2 days in to the future. This wastes the time of our clients and us to confirm we do actually have the jobs booked in. Could the date range of the jobs shown in the portal be selectable by the client so they can be sure what they are seeing is accurate. Thanks so much. 😁 Kylie-Anne
