I am a startup concrete contractor and in need of capital for equipment and working capital for labor. I have previously been referred to SBA for loan options but the lenders will not lend to startups without 6 months bank statements and/or proof revenue. Additionally the SBA loan options will require 10% equity before loan approval. Do anyone know of lenders who can provide funding for startups with limited capital and short business history?
